New Student Advanced Math Placement Options: Kinawa/Chippewa

The Okemos Public Schools offers advanced math testing opportunities to our new middle school students prior to the start of the school year.  The purpose of the placement test is to determine if your student is eligible to be placed in an accelerated mathematics course. Placement tests will be administered for eligible 5th-8th grade students in August.

The application window for the 2025-2026 school year will open on May 1, 2025. At that time, a link with the application will be posted.
