    EDUStaff is a staffing company with whom we have contracted to supply many of our hourly paid and contracted positions. Any such individual must complete an application through EDUStaff in order to begin employment with us. To begin the application process, click on “Apply for all jobs” on the EDUStaff website and perform the following steps:

    CREATE AN ACCOUNT in EDUApply. Follow the instructions above to enter EDUApply and click on the “Create an account” tab. A form will appear asking for your personal information and your choice of a login user name and password. Once this is done, click on the “Login” tab and enter your user name and password.

    COMPLETE EACH OF THE APPROPRIATE SECTIONS:

    •Tax Information
    • District Selection
    •Work History
    •Direct Deposit
    •Additional Skills
    •Employee Type Selection
    •Criminal History
    •State Disclosures
    • I9 Information
    •Meeting Selection

    You will be asked to complete a selection of the above sections based on the district and employee type you choose. New employees should complete all sections. Your progress toward completion of the application will be indicated by stars next to each required section that are filled according to the level of completion. Please print out all appropriate documents by clicking on the printer icon by each item under “Printed and Signed Documents”, sign where applicable and bring them to your orientation meeting or to the Superintendent's Office at 4406 N. Okemos Rd. Okemos. The “Meeting Selection” portion will enter your name on the roll for this meeting with EDUStaff on the date you choose from a list. You will receive all of the information pertinent to your employment at that time.

    The employment process/application is completed online with the exception of an employee meeting and fingerprinting.

     

     

  • Fingerprinting

    You must have an Agency ID # to be fingerprinted at any of these locations. An agency ID is the number that is assigned to the school district in which you want your fingerprint results to be sent.
