Hello! Welcome to Mrs. Smith's Super Star Second Grade!

My name is Marie Smith. I am a second grade teacher at Bennett Woods Elementary, in Okemos Public Schools. This is my 22nd year teaching in the Okemos district. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State Univeristy. I also have my master's degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Michigan State University. I live in Mason with my family. My favorite hobbies are reading, scrapbooking, and gardening. I love camping and traveling with my family in our free time!  I hope you find helpful information for our clasroom on this site.
