    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Versatrans Routing software, GPS systems, and student database systems preferred

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Develop and maintain all transportation routes and maps using computer software program
    • Update and manage student records for transportation routes on student database
    • Dispatching services and operation of a two-way radio
    • Manage and maintain a variety of records, employee documents, payroll records, absence reports, invoices, and financial documents
    • Process transportation/trip requests and assist with the assignment of drivers and substitutes to routes and trips
    • Perform all office functions and duties including answering phones, mail distribution, filing, correspondence with staff and community, generation of reports, purchasing and inventory
